Question 1

What is an AI Website System?

Accepted Answer

A website, an AI operating layer, and a data intelligence layer working as one system.

The website executes. The data warehouse records what is actually happening: search performance, server activity, AI crawler visits, human traffic, and a dated history of every change. AI connects the two, inspecting both the site and its evidence to implement the next controlled change.

Any one of those three on its own is something you can already buy. The system is the connection between them.

Question 2

Is this an AI website builder?

Accepted Answer

It builds the website, but it does not stop at the build.

An AI website builder usually creates pages and hands them over. An AI Website System also gives the site operating instructions, controlled AI workflows, and a data intelligence layer that records what changed and what happened next.

The website is only half the system. You own the website and its content. You also keep the data, instructions, and work history that help it improve after launch.

Compare a website builder with the full AI Website System, then see what ChatGPT or Claude can build inside it.

Question 3

Does the system replace Claude, ChatGPT, an SEO specialist, or a developer?

Accepted Answer

It replaces none of them, and anything claiming otherwise is selling you something.

You bring your own paid Claude or ChatGPT account. The system does not resell model access or wrap a language model in a subscription.

It does change what a developer or SEO spends time on. Less rebuilding the same structure on every site, less guessing about whether last quarter's work did anything.

Question 4

Can it work with an existing website?

Accepted Answer

Sometimes, and it depends on what you are running.

The data intelligence layer can often be connected to a site as it stands, because Search Console and server logs do not care what built the site. The AI operating layer needs a codebase it can actually work in, which is where an existing site either fits or does not.

That fit needs a real assessment. It is a real question with a real answer, not a formality.

Question 5

Do I have to leave WordPress or my current CMS?

Accepted Answer

Not automatically. Some sites are better connected than replaced.

What matters is whether the site can be worked on reliably and whether it can be instrumented. A well-maintained CMS site with server access is a different situation from one carrying years of plugin debt that nobody can safely change.

We will tell you which one you have. If a rebuild is genuinely cheaper than repair, we will say so, and if it is not, we will say that too.

Question 6

What data does the warehouse collect?

Accepted Answer

Google Search Console data, server request logs, AI crawler activity, human request activity, page and query trends, SEO events and change history, and cross-site comparisons where multiple properties are connected.

Log-based sources depend on server access. Some hosting does not expose request logs at all, which we confirm during implementation rather than promising upfront.

Question 7

Why are server and AI-bot logs important?

Accepted Answer

Because they show what actually reached the site, and analytics does not.

Analytics tells you about humans who loaded a page with JavaScript enabled. It cannot tell you whether an AI crawler ever arrived, what it read, or how often. As more discovery happens through AI systems, that blind spot gets more expensive.

Worth being precise: crawler behaviour is observable. What an AI system does with what it read is not. We report the first and do not pretend to the second.

Question 8

What is an SEO event?

Accepted Answer

A recorded change: a page rewritten, schema added, a redirect fixed, a section restructured, a batch of internal links repointed. It records what was done, where, and when.

The date is the load-bearing part. Without it, performance data and work history are two separate stories that can never be checked against each other. With it, you can finally answer the question that matters after doing work: did that do anything?

Question 9

Who owns the website, data, and code?

Accepted Answer

You do. The code, the content, the domain, and the data collected about your properties.

It is a real site on real hosting, not a tenancy inside a platform. If you stopped working with us, you would still have a working website and your history.

Question 10

Does AI publish changes automatically?

Accepted Answer

No. Approval stays with a human.

The system is built to make implementation fast and reversible, not to remove you from the decision. AI does the implementation work. What ships is your call.

This is deliberate. An unsupervised content machine is a liability, not a feature.

Question 11

Can an agency use the system with clients?

Accepted Answer

Yes, under an agency and portfolio license.

Scope and permitted use get defined in an individual agreement, because what multiple clients means varies enormously between a two-person shop and a firm running two hundred sites.

See the agency option for what that includes.

Question 12

How many websites are included?

Accepted Answer

The founding implementation covers one business or operating entity and up to three initial websites or properties.

Beyond that, or across separate clients, is the agency and portfolio license. See pricing.

Question 13

What does the monthly fee cover?

Accepted Answer

Ongoing system updates, monitoring, and support.

Updates matter more than they sound. Build standards and workflows improve over time, and those improvements come to connected sites rather than leaving each one frozen at whatever was current the month it was built.

Monitoring means the warehouse keeps collecting whether or not anyone is looking that week, which is what makes a question six months from now answerable.

Question 14

What happens during implementation?

Accepted Answer

Scoping, deployment, data connection, dashboard configuration, system training, then guided onboarding through the first 90 days.

The full sequence is on the How It Works page. It is controlled and repeatable. It is not effortless, and describing it as effortless would be a lie you would discover in week two.

Question 15

Is there a video that explains the system?

Accepted Answer

A full video explainer is being built. For now, the How It Works page gives you the complete explanation, including what you own, how AI works inside the system, and how the site learns from real evidence.

You can also read the system breakdown for a closer look at everything that gets installed.

Question 16

Where do AI endpoints and the Digital Karma Federation fit?

Accepted Answer

Underneath, as supporting structure. They are not the reason to buy the system.

Machine-readable endpoints mean an AI agent reading your site gets structured answers instead of scraping markup. The Digital Karma Federation is an open protocol for publishing those endpoints in a consistent shape across sites.

Worth saying plainly: publishing endpoint files does not by itself create rankings, mentions, or AI visibility. Anyone telling you an llm.txt file is a growth strategy is guessing. It is plumbing that makes a site legible to machines, which is useful and is not the same as being a marketing channel.

See the federation page if you want the detail.
