Build, instrument, observe, decide, improve, measure again. The repeating cycle an AI Website System exists to run.
The operating loop is the method: build on a controlled foundation, instrument it so it produces evidence, observe what actually happens, decide the next change from that evidence, implement it with AI under human approval, then measure again.
The last step feeds the first. That is what makes it a loop rather than a checklist.
Most website work stops after step one and occasionally revisits step three. Steps four through six are where compounding actually happens, and they are impossible without the dated record that step two creates.
